If you need to update the retrieving from or delivering to address for a Retrieval Kit™, you can do so — but only under certain conditions.
📋 Change Eligibility

Only Retrieval Kits™ that have NOT had shipping labels generated are eligible for edits.

If Device Rescue has already prepared or generated shipping labels, you can no longer make changes through the platform.

Retrieval Kits™ already picked up by a carrier cannot be canceled or refunded.
✏️ What You Can Edit

Retrieving From Address: You can edit the address, email, and phone number associated with the person or branch the Retrieval Kit™ is being sent to.

Delivering To Address: If you chose to have the Retrieval Kit™ returned to your company's own address, you can edit this information.

Important: If you selected Device Rescue's IT Closet for storage, the return destination cannot be changed.

If you need to correct the country on either the retrieving or delivering address, you must immediately contact Device Rescue Support.

We will attempt to cancel the Retrieval Kit™ before labels are generated so you can submit a new order with the correct information.

Once shipping labels are created, we cannot cancel the Retrieval Kit™ order or offer refunds.
