Displays the person and address Device Rescue is retrieving the device from:

🏢 Delivering To
Displays the address that is used with the provided return shipping label inside the Retrieval Kit:

Delivery Address (usually your company's location unless opting for Warehouse Storage)

Shipment Status (e.g., Delivered, In Transit)

Tracking Number (with carrier and tracking link)

Delivered Date
🖥️ Device in Retrieval
A quick view of the device being retrieved if retrieving an asset from your company assets:

Device Name (e.g., Apple MacBook Pro, Lenovo ThinkPad)

Serial Number

Asset Tag (if applicable)
📝 Notes
Track any important notes related to the retrieval order.

You can add notes at any time for internal tracking or special instructions.

Notes are for internal visibility only and not sent to the team member or carrier.
- You can provide a note during your Retrieval Kit order that will be included to your employee located in the PDF instructions we send them. Notes added after a Retrieval Kit order will not be included.
🔄 Make Changes

If the order has not yet gotten their shipping labels generated, you may be able to update shipping address information by clicking Make Changes.

Once labels have been generated, you will not be able to make changes.
- Anytime a change happens after an order is created, a note will automatically get created for audit tracking purposes.
