Retrieval Kit™ orders move through different shipping stages as they are processed, shipped, and completed. Device Rescue keeps you informed with real-time shipping statuses, so you know exactly where your Retrieval Kit is at every step.
Shipping Statuses You May See
Status | Meaning |
---|---|
Preparing Labels | We’re preparing your shipping labels and getting your Retrieval Kit ready. |
Awaiting Shipment | The Retrieval Kit has its shipping labels and is moving through the process to wait for carrier pickup. |
Waiting on Carrier for Pickup | The Retrieval Kit has been handed off and is awaiting carrier pickup. This status can still be displayed even though Device Rescue is no longer in possession of the kit. Typically, we are waiting for the carrier to scan the tracking number. |
In Transit | Your Retrieval Kit is traveling to its destination. |
Out for Delivery | The Retrieval Kit is out for delivery and should arrive soon. |
Delivered | The Retrieval Kit has been successfully delivered to the destination address. |
Retrieval Completed | The device has been successfully returned to Device Rescue. |
Return to Sender | There was an issue with delivery and the Retrieval Kit is returning to the sender. |
Tracking Issue | We encountered a problem with tracking updates. Please contact support for assistance. |
How Status Updates Work
Statuses are updated automatically based on real-time shipping activity and tracking scans from the carrier. No action is needed unless your status shows Tracking Issue or Return to Sender, in which case Device Rescue will work with you to resolve the issue.
