Device Rescue allows you to attach notes and upload documents to any asset, giving your team a complete history of updates, instructions, and important records tied directly to each device.
Admins and Users both have access to add and manage notes and documents.
Notes
Notes are internal comments related to the asset’s lifecycle or handling. Examples include:

Warranty details

Condition reports

Special handling instructions

Historical updates on the asset’s status
Adding a Note:

Open the asset you want to manage

Go to the Notes tab

Click New Note

Enter your comment and save

Documents
Documents allow you to upload important files related to the asset. Common document types include:

Adding a Document:

Open the asset you want to manage

Go to the Documents tab

Click Add Document

Choose a file to upload
