Company Assets Overview

The Company Assets page provides a centralized view of all devices and equipment managed through your Device Rescue account. This allows your team to track the status, location, and assignment of every asset across your organization.

What You’ll See

Each asset listed includes key details:

  • Asset Name

  • Type (e.g., iPhone, Laptop, Docking Station)

  • Brand (e.g., Apple, Lenovo, Other)

  • Status – Shows where the asset is currently located:

    • Assigned – Assigned to a team member or office branch

    • Unassigned – Available for use but not assigned

    • Retired – Asset no longer active but maintained for asset tracking and audit

    • At Warehouse – Stored and ready for shipment

    • Retrieving – Currently in the process of being returned

    • Retrieving to Warehouse – En route back to the warehouse

      • Warehousing Add-on required for this feature
    • Sending to Employee – En route to the Team Member from our warehouse
      • Warehousing Add-on required for this feature
    • Sending to Office Branch – En route to the Office Branch from our warehouse
      • Warehousing Add-on required for this feature

Each asset will also display its Asset Tag and Serial Number for easier tracking.

Filtering and Searching Assets

You can easily locate specific assets using the tools at the top of the page:

  • Search Bar – Search by asset name, tag, or other details

  • Status Filter – Filter assets by assignment status

  • Brand Filter – Narrow down assets by brand

  • Type Filter – View only specific types of assets (e.g., laptops, phones)

🔍 Tip: Combining filters (e.g., Status + Brand) gives even more precise search results.

Viewing Options

You can choose how you want to display your assets:

  • Card View
    Displays assets in a grid format with images and quick visual indicators for status.
    Great for a visual overview of your inventory.

  • Table View
    Displays assets in a list with columns for name, type, brand, and status.
    Ideal for sorting, scanning, and detailed management.

Use the View Toggle button on the right-hand side to easily switch between views based on your preference.
