You have the option to permanently delete a team member from your account, but this action should be used carefully.
Important Rules Before Deleting:

You cannot delete a team member if they have any active asset assignments.
You must first return or unassign all devices. -
Deleting a team member is permanent and irreversible.
Once deleted, their historical asset assignments or retrievals will be detached from their profile. -
We strongly recommend marking a team member as Terminated instead of deleting them, especially if you want to preserve assignment history for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Only account users with the role Admin are able to delete Team Members or though the API.
How to Delete a Team Member:

Navigate to the team member’s profile.

Scroll to the Delete Team Member section.

If there are no active asset assignments, the Delete Team Member button will be active.

Click Delete Team Member and confirm your decision.
Note:
Once deleted, this team member's records cannot be restored. Historical retrieval orders will remain under your account but will no longer show the deleted team member's details.
