You can update a team member’s mailing address at any time to keep their contact information accurate for future shipments and retrieval kits.
How to Edit a Mailing Address

Navigate to the Manage Team Member page.

Under the Mailing Address tab, click Edit Address.

Update any of the following fields:

Personal Email
-
Personal Phone
-
Street Address
-
Suite/Unit/Apartment (optional)

City
-
State/Province
-
Postal Code
-
Country
-

After making changes, click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Important Notes

The updated mailing address will apply to all future retrieval kits and shipments associated with the team member.

Updating an address does not retroactively change any existing or past retrieval kits or shipments.

If the country needs to be updated after a retrieval kit has already been created, you must contact support immediately to cancel the existing order and place a new one.
