The Team Member page allows you to view, update, and take action on an individual team member’s profile.
This page is organized into sections that help you manage a team member’s employment details, asset assignments, mailing address, and documents.
Team Member Profile
At the top of the page, you can view the team member’s:

Status (Active or Terminated)
-
Name
-
Job Title
-
Employee ID (if provided)
-
Work Email
-
Office Branch Assignment (if assigned)
You can also view their personal contact information, including personal email and phone number.
Employment Status
-
Active: The team member is actively employed or contracted.

Terminated: If employment ends, you can click Process Termination to update their status.
⚡ Terminating a team member does not delete their history. It simply moves them to a terminated state for clean record keeping.
Assignments
The Assignments section shows the devices or assets currently assigned to the team member.
You can:

View asset details including asset tag and serial number.

Assign an Asset by clicking the button.

Take actions on assigned assets, such as marking them returned or retrieving the asset.
Assets are organized under:

Assigned tab: Assets currently assigned.

Returned tab: Assets that were previously assigned and have been returned.
Mailing Address
The Mailing Address tab shows the team member’s primary address used for shipping Retrieval Kits™ or other items.
You can edit their address details if they change locations, including:

Personal email

Personal phone
-
Street address
-
Apartment/Unit
-
City, State, Postal Code, Country
Documents
The Documents tab allows you to upload and manage important files related to the team member, such as:

Employment agreements

Asset handoff forms
-
Other relevant documentation
Uploaded documents are private to your company’s account and help maintain a centralized record for compliance and asset management purposes.
