You can manage your team's employment statuses directly from the Team Member profile.
Processing a Termination
If a team member has left your organization, you can process their termination inside the platform.

Navigate to the Team Member.

Locate the Employment Status card.

Click Process Termination.

Select a Termination Date.

Confirm by clicking Confirm Termination.
Important:
Once terminated, you can no longer assign devices or branches to this team member.
Termination does not automatically unassign any assets that are currently assigned to them. You must manually mark the assets as returned or retrieve them through the retrieval kit process if needed.
Terminated team members are still visible within your Team Members list but cannot be selected when assigning new devices.
Re-Onboarding a Terminated Team Member
If a former team member is rehired, you can easily re-onboard them without needing to create a new profile.

Navigate to the terminated Team Member profile.

Locate the Employment Status card.

Click Re-Onboard Team Member.

Enter the Start Date for their new employment period.

Confirm by clicking Confirm Re-Onboard.
Notes:
Re-onboarding allows you to resume managing their assignments, branch affiliations, and documentation.
Their previous history (such as past assignments and notes) is preserved.
Re-onboarding will not automatically reassign any previous assets. You must manually assign devices if needed.
Managing employment status ensures you maintain an accurate and organized record of your workforce for assignment tracking, retrievals, and document management.
