Whether you're looking to return your laptop, cell phone, monitor, or tablet, we've got you covered with our specially designed boxes. Read on to find answers to the most common questions about what fits inside each retrieval box.
Laptop Box: Our padded laptop box is specifically designed to ensure the safe return of laptops up to 16 inches in size. Along with your laptop, the box provides ample space for the charger or other charger-sized accessories, which can be conveniently stored in the appropriate tray. Please note that the maximum supported device dimensions for the laptop are 15.125" x 10.25" x 1".
Cell Phone Box: Our padded cell phone box is perfect for returning most cell phones with a size of up to 7 inches. The box also includes space for your charger or charger-sized accessories in a dedicated tray. For your convenience, the maximum supported device dimensions for the cell phone are 6.45" x 3.45" x 0.05".
Monitor Box: If you need to return a monitor in the range of 23 to 27 inches, our monitor return box is the ideal solution. It's important to note that the monitor stand must have the ability to separate into two parts – the arm and the base – for the monitor to fit inside our box. This ensures a secure and space-efficient packing process. Unfortunately, certain devices like Apple monitors, LG UltraFine Displays, all-in-one PCs, and iMacs do not fit within our box.
Tablet Box: For returning tablets, our padded tablet box offers optimal protection. It's designed to accommodate devices with dimensions of up to 12 inches. Additionally, the box features a dedicated tray for your tablet's charger or other charger-sized accessories. The maximum supported device dimensions for the tablet are 6" x 8.25" x 0.75".
If you have any further questions or concerns about what fits in our retrieval boxes or any aspect of the return process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're here to assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
