The holidays marked with an asterisk (*) indicate days when Device Rescue is open with reduced operations. Retrieval requests will be processed the next business day due to mail carriers being closed.
Operational Notes
- Weekend Closure: Device Rescue is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Retrieval Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for retrieval orders is 10 AM Pacific Time on the business day before a holiday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day following the holiday closure.
- Limited Operations: On holidays with an asterisk, Device Rescue will have limited operations, meaning we cannot complete retrieval orders due to mail carriers being closed.
