Admins have the ability to delete Office Branches when they are no longer needed. However, deleting a branch is permanent and subject to important conditions to protect assignment history and asset tracking.
Important Rules Before Deleting

Only Admins can delete office branches

The branch must not have any assets currently assigned

Deleting a branch is irreversible — once deleted, the branch and its assignment history are permanently removed
🛑 Warning: Deleting a branch cannot be undone. Please double-check asset assignments before proceeding.
How to Delete an Office Branch

Go to Office Branches

Select the branch you want to delete

Click Manage

Scroll down to the Delete Office Branch section

Click Delete Branch

Confirm the deletion when prompted
If the branch still has active asset assignments, you will be blocked from deleting it. You must first reassign or return any assets linked to the branch.
