Device Rescue makes it easy to view and download your recent invoices directly from your account. You can access up to 90 days of invoice history at any time through your billing dashboard.
How to View Invoices

Go to Billing tab from the left hand sidebar

Under the Invoices section, you'll see a list of your most recent invoices

Click Download next to any invoice for a PDF copy
Each invoice includes:

Invoice number
-
Date issued
-
Billing period
-
Charges and payment details
📌 Note: Only Admins or Billing users have access to the Billing page.
Important Notes on Invoice Availability

Invoices are available for up to 90 days from the date of issue in your account

On April 29, 2025, Device Rescue migrated to a new billing system.

If you had an account before April 29, you may not see older invoices automatically listed.
If you need a copy of any invoice older than 90 days or prior to April 29, 2025, our Billing Team is happy to assist.
