Device Rescue makes it easy to save and manage multiple delivery addresses for your Retrieval Kits™. By securely storing addresses, your team can quickly select a destination without retyping the same information—saving time and reducing errors.
Why It's Helpful
Saved delivery addresses allow you to:

Quickly reuse frequent delivery locations

Ensure address details are accurate and consistent

Enable optional delivery tracking emails to designated contacts

Tag addresses as residential when needed for carrier compliance
What You Can Manage
Each saved address includes:

Recipient Name
-
Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country

Phone Number
-
Email
You also have access to two optional toggles:

Residential – Indicates whether the location is a residential address
-
Email Notifications – When enabled, the contact will receive shipment tracking emails
🔔 Note: Email notifications apply only to new shipments created after enabling the toggle. They will not retroactively apply to existing or in-progress shipments.
Where to Find This
To manage your delivery addresses:

Go to Account → Settings → Delivery Addresses

Click Add New Address to create a new one, or use the pencil icon to edit an existing address

Use the trash icon to delete any outdated or unused locations
