Upon opting for storage in the Warehouse, the devices are shipped directly to Device Rescue by your employee utilizing the included pre-paid shipping label, ensuring a seamless transition from your departing employee to our warehouse... Storing Devices and Accessories

Once received, each device receives a condition report and securely stored within the Warehouse, awaiting further instructions from your company, or ship & assign to another employee. This system not only frees up valuable office space but also provides a secure environment for expensive IT assets. The service extends beyond devices to include essential accessories such as keyboards, mouse devices, headsets, and docking stations, ensuring that all IT-related needs are covered and ready to redeploy to employees on demand. Understanding Overages

An important aspect of the Device Rescue Warehouse service is the management of overages. Overages refer to any device or accessory amount exceeding the allotted quota specified in your account. For devices, an overage fee of $10 per month, billed yearly, is applied for each item beyond the specified amount. Similarly, for every two accessories exceeding the allotment, a fee of $10 is charged. These rates are part of the Ultimate plan agreement signed upon registration with Device Rescue.
