Shipping Status provides up-to-date information on the current journey of the retrieval box. It pertains to either the device returning to you from an employee or a device being shipped to your desired location.
Any changes to the tracking numbers will automatically update the status of your retrieval history order. This system ensures you stay informed about the whereabouts and progress of your shipment.
The shipping status keeps updating until your order reaches its final destination, at which point, the order is marked as completed. This feature helps you monitor the progress of your orders efficiently and effectively, eliminating any uncertainty about the shipment's location.
Retrieval History Overview
On your Retrieval History overview page, you will find a collective shipping status summarizing the entire shipment process. If you need more detailed information about a specific order, simply click on the relevant confirmation number. This action will provide you with the most comprehensive and up-to-date shipping status for that particular order.
Status Indicators:
- Awaiting Shipment
- Delivered to Team Member
- Team Member No Longer In Possession
- On the Way to You
- Out For Delivery To You
- Retrieval Complete
Retrieval History On Specific Confirmation Number
You may click in on your confirmation number to see even more specific details including tracking numbers, contact information, addresses and more.
Each tracking information is broken into two sections, one being Team Member (where we are shipping the empty retrieval box) and second is the destination (where the retrieval box with the requested equipment is sent).
Status indicators are updated in real time and are specific for their unique tracking numbers.
- Awaiting Shipment
- If under Retriever Box Going To: Indicates we are processing your order and box will be shipped soon.
- If under Shipping Status to {company name}: Indicates we're waiting on your team member to drop off the box to the shipping carrier OR waiting on shipping carrier to pick up the box from the employees address if scheduled pickup was arranged.
- Pre Transit
- If under Retriever Box Going To: Indicates that we are no longer in possession of the box and the carrier is preparing to ship the box to the team members address provided.
- If under Shipping Status to {company name}: Team member is no longer in possession of the equipment, and waiting on carrier to process shipment.
- In Transit
- Carrier is processing the shipment, refer to tracking number for detailed shipping information
- Out For Delivery
- Out for delivery to the requested address (either Retriever Box going to OR Shipping Status to {company name}).
- Delivered
- Delivered to requested address (either Retriever Box going to OR Shipping Status to {company name}).
- Employee Unresponsive
- Employee has become unresponsive and we will communicate with you on next steps.
